Manjit Minhas is the co-founder and co-owner of Minhas Brewery, Distillery and Winery. At the age of 19, with only $10,000 dollars, Manjit founded what would become one of the biggest breweries in North America and broke into the notoriously competitive beer and spirits industry. Today, she oversees the production and worldwide distribution of over 90 brands.
Manjit is a global leader in brand development, marketing, sales, and retail negotiations, but what truly sets her apart from her competition is her commitment to social responsibility. Manjit has and continues to be the star of CBC Dragons’ Den for the last 11 years/seasons where she has invested in dozens of Canadian entrepreneurs and companies.
Her podcast, The Manjit Minhas Podcast, debuted at Top 10 on the podcast charts. In it, she interviews entrepreneurs and CEOs about their path to success. Through her conversations, listeners gain valuable lessons on persevering, overcoming challenges, and finding success in any industry.
